Lt. Col(Veteran) Rahul Kumar

Rahul is a Telecom Graduate, B.Tech (Telecommunication) from Military College of Engineering, MHOW, and has served in the Indian Army for 21 years. He has done his Post Graduation in Defense Studies from Institute of Armament Technology (IAT) – Pune.

Subsequent to his pre-mature retirement he was gainfully employed for the last 13 years in the Corporate world. He is a qualified leadership trainer and has attended the “Applied Human Behavior” workshop conducted by ISABS (Institute of Social And Behavioral Sciences). Rahul has also attended the Six Sigma workshop for Senior Managers at the University of Motorola, Schaumburg, USA

 

 

 

Mamta Kumar

Mamta has been facilitating the process of Human Growth and Development with various Corporate, NGO's and Educational Institutions for the last 12 yrs. She has trained and facilitated approximately over 125,000 employees. Apart from a number of short development courses Mamta is a certified facilitator in "Applied Human Behavior" from Aastha Foundation, an off shoot if ISISD (Indian Society for Individual and Social  Development). She is also a CPBA (Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst) from TTI, US to carry out DISCprofiling, coaching and counseling.
